The experience was painless and we sold for more than I was expecting within a week. The advice I was given proved correct in every aspect and it was great to have someone to guide me through the process. The eventual buyer was already known to the agent and was looking for a property like ours in the area. I cannot recommend Kate more highly as the sellers agent.
