Eva was very efficient, personable and prompt with her engagement. After an honest appraisal, we signed up on a Tuesday. Eva brought through a couple of buyers two days later on a Friday. One of them put in an offer that evening. After some back and forth including phone calls and texts with Eva late into the night, we exchanged contracts on Monday night. Effectively two days from inspection to sale. Amazing. We felt Eva was on our side throughout and didn't gild the lily. Most importantly, she obviously had a strong buyer contact list and could guide the right buyer to us. We highly recommend Eva and will use her again.
