Fiona’s knowledge of the market was very impressive and reassuring enabling us to set a strong reserve for our auction. Fiona assisted us with the presentation our home to ensure it was at its best. The auction process was managed well with minimum stress and ongoing updates on its progress. We had a formal weekly meeting enabling us to be totally across the process. On Auction day there was competitive bidding that resulted in a sale above our auction reserve.
