At our first meeting Susie was extremely organised and planned, she came with paperwork, campaign details and options, calendar with clear timeline for opens and proposed auction date as well as the Marshall group fee structure to support our house sale. The level of preparation gave immediate confidence as did our regular phone, email and face to face meetings. Susie has a great personality and is always positive. This really shone through when just days into the campaign, market conditions changed as a result of international conflict, disruption to oil supply with escalating fuel and living costs.
