In over 20 years of buying and selling properties, I have never come across a more diligent and intelligent agent. Kris sold my property in record time exceeding the price that I wanted, which saved me weeks of preparing my property for inspections. He is relentless in chasing down buyers! Kris is honest, calm and very knowledgeable about the current market. He also went out of way to door knock/letterbox drop in the local area, trying to find me a property to purchase after mine sold.
