Eddy came to us via word of mouth, after he sold our neighbour's home. We were interested in selling, but not keen to endure the full on market process. We agreed a sensible price with Eddy and he set about securing an off market sale for us. Eddy reached out to his database of buyers and after one open home and one private inspection he secured a contract for us at the right price. It's not the first time we had an agent knock on our door and suggest there was interest in our street, and normally we're sceptical. But Eddy is a truly genuine operator. He has a real history in our neighbourhood, and he does not commit to something he can't back when the time comes. I can happily recommend Eddy to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying.
