No fuss straightforward property sale
Anita was extremely helpful from first contact. She arranged an inspection for me the next day after my call and was very professional in her manner and straightforward with answers to questions I had on the property. The property was secured within hours of my offer and everything was straightforward from there-even my request for another inspection at short notice. A great selling experience made possible by an excellent communicator.
We had a successful sale of a Burleigh unit in a short period of time from multiple offers. This meant Anita was busy with viewings and negotiating with potential buyers. We were updated constantly and when it came to relaying offers Anita was happy to go back and suggest the offer was too low. We felt Anita had our best interests in mind which led to us getting a great price. Anita has a real talent at dealing with people and we recommend her highly.

The best on the GC
After 3 months of searching for the perfect property I came across Michael and Lynn at what would become our future home. What a breath of fresh air! We bought the house they were selling and it could not have been a better experience. They are the most genuine and down to earth real estate agents I’ve come across (I’d met many). So very helpful, informed, professional... they really just do go above and beyond and are so pleasant to deal with. They genuinely love what they do, everyone in real estate should be like them!! If I ever have to sell a property in QLD I’d hire them in a moment and I couldn’t more highly recommend them.

My former QLD Property Manager recommended Mitchell to me as the best Agent for selling property on the Gold Coast. As I live interstate, I had to rely on referrals from local contacts and I was not disappointed. This was my first ever property sale and Mitchell guided me through the entire process making it so much easier than I thought it would be. Mitchell provided me with an honest and realistic market appraisal of my rental property, which I used to make the decision to sell. He then went on to achieve a sale price within the expected range in a short amount of time during a slow period in the market.
