Friendly and helpful

Obi made buying a home a pleasurable experience. He was very responsive to phone calls, engaging and always smiling. The only reason a have deducted a star is because there are a number of aspects of the home that would have been very helpful to know more information about. This is on the sellers though as well. Ie. Under floor heating (how it works/if it does), how to use irrigation system as well as protecting huge patches of lawn from dying during the settlement when there was a heat wave.
