Nicola is very helpful and kind. As a first time buyer, she guide us to make offer and the whole selling process. She replies us promptly when we ask her questions. On the date of settlement, she tried her best to release the keys in the earliest time as per our request. The most impressive is that she suggested us to take photos in front of the new house on the date of final inspection. Suddenly, she brought a bunch of beautiful flowers from her car and say "congratulations". How sweet.
