From the first impression to the last Nicola did not disappoint on any level. Nicola listened to our needs and assisted us from a price point and guided us through the process as required. Nicola did not expect as many families through the on the open day and some neighbours made complaints to Nicola with their disappointment on cars parked blocking their drive ways. Nicola promptly delivered apology letters to the neighbours and also pointed out that there were plenty of families looking to buy in the area if any neighbours were considering selling their properties. Nicola would also be happy to assist. The feedback from my neighbours was very positive and shows Nicola’s great business sense but also shows she was willing to reach out to everyone personally, showing compassion. Our house sold for $50,000 over the asking price and we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of high offers. Home open was on a Sunday and Nicola presented me with all the offers on the Monday. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Nicola at The Property Pod if you are considering an agent in the near future.
