Feom thw outset, Nicola was very friendly and approachable and I immediately felt comfortable working with her. Nicola's knowledge of the suburb and last sales was very good. While the price reached was a little less than we initially hoped for it was still good and in the ballpark of expectation. Most pleasing was the speed at which Nicola was able to get the sale. Communication was good throughout the selling process.
