We have had a great experience using Tiana!! We highly recommend her if you are looking to rent your house out.

I have to say that finding someone to manage my properties is usually filled with false promises and the only thing you see at the end of each month is the words "Fees". Which as time goes on gets louder and louder when you see nothing happening. Time for a switch, we go looking and and get the usual promises. Then, really by accident or was it "fate" we stubble across Tiana. She's a relative "newbie" though with years of experience. So we decided to take the punt and leave the big boys (or girls). Well the service and advise has trumped all the others. Good job Tiana.

The Walmsley Group has been great. They make life much easier when it comes to managing my rental property. You can expect prompt responses. Very thorough entry and exit reports. Throughout the duration of tenant occupancy they complete routine inspections to a high standard. You can’t go wrong with using this agency!

Tiana and her lovely team were highly professional, courteous, and helpful from the very start. Their communication was clear, prompt, and friendly. It has been by far the best experience I have had in securing a rental, and really feel they went above and beyond. I assumed that the Walmsley Group must have been a large, national company based on how seamless and professional the process was, so was impressed to learn that they are a small business, local to Toowoomba! I couldn't recommend the Walmsley Group more.

Tiana has been exceptional, she’s proactive and very quickly to perform the job, my property was in the market for less than 2 week, she provides an honest feedback at all times and keep me informed, this is something that I appreciate the most.

Tiana has been great to work with. Tiana is happy to spend time explaining everything, organising jobs & is flexible in her availability. Tiana has been respectful, thoughtful & ethical both in her dealings with me & the tenants. I'm looking forward to many years with her managing my properties

Tiana is one in a million, she expedited my application in 2hrs as she was aware of the time pressure I was under moving from Brisbane to Toowoomba. She is readily available, friendly and knowledgeable about the properties in her portfolio. All this has meant my move has been seemless and stress free as moving can be!!! Thank you Thiana and the team at Walmsley

As first time landlords, Tiana has been generous with her time and knowledge, guided us expertly through the process and kept us informed and empowered throughout. We appreciated her realistic approach to the market conditions/forecast and always felt that she had our best interests front and centre. A+ from start to finish.

Tiana's knowledge and skills in the property market are second to none. We are thrilled with what she was able to achieve for us - having tenants signed within less than 24 hours. She goes above and beyond and we couldn't recommend her highly enough.
