Excellent Property manager
Tiana is an excellent property manager. She helped us when we bought our IP in Toowoomba by inspecting the property on our behalf since we are interstate investors. She's very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her services.

Great Experience!

I didn’t feel like another number
I have been with another agency in prior years but since coming on board with Tiana, I feel like I have received a much more tailored and personalised approach. She goes above and beyond to keep me updated on the latest trends and what I could do to increase the value of my property. She is excellent at maintaining regular contact and updating me on maintenance that needs to be carried out in a prompt and affordable manner. I highly recommend Tiana if you wanting to rent your property out, or to have on board if you are looking to invest.
