.-Had excellent service
They were very pleasant and knew what they were talking aboutfrom the sales team through to the office .They were clear,non-ambiguous and always available. Wonderful and Reliable
I've known Evelyn for about 6 months now and she is managing 2 of my properties. Highly professional
Before dealing with Thomas property, I had been dealing with lot of other real estate agents trying to buy a house and I was disappointed in most of them as they made the buying process lot more complicated especially when making an offer. So as a buyer I was really happy with the process Dale and Thomas property had in place which made sure that both buyer and seller had easy and effective way of doing business.

Friendly, supportive and excellent service
Dale and his team at Thomas Property were excellent in selling our project in the space of a few days. The team were always available to answer questions, as well as presented a well thought out and effective marking campaign, whilst ensuring all of our wishes were met. The team were able to secure a price above and beyond our dream price, which has meant we can move on to our next project. I cannot recommend Dale and his team higher! We will sell through them again.

Great job and great result
In short Dale was terrific. He consistently communicated and offered timely guidance/advice throughout the entire sales process. Never was there a time when we were wondering what was happening or what came next. While his efficient and effective communication was the cornerstone of how he managed the relationship, he did this with genuine heartfelt concern and consideration. If we were to go through the process again we'd definitely want Dale to help us. He was both warmly personable and professional. Our sincerest thanks to Dale in helping us achieve a sterling result.
