We met Derick when he was the agent for our dream home.  We appreciated his guidance through the buying process and realised that he would be the perfect agent to help us and our potential buyers through the sale of our home. We were not disappointed.  His calm and professional manner helped us achieve the quick sale that we needed to secure our new home.   Derick's real strength came in helping us deal with some unexpected situations that occurred during the sale and settlement process.  His great advice gave us the confidence to know that he could help us make it happen.  Thank you Derick and all the Pitt team.

Derick was fantastic throughout the whole process of us buying our dream home. He was fantastic with his communication and organising everything especially when my partner and I had COVID and were stuck in isolation. Derick ensured everything still stayed on track right up until settlement date and now we are living in our dream home. We cannot thank and recommend Derick highly enough!

Derick was very professional and made the whole process simple and straight forward. He was very accommodating to make himself available outside standard business hours. Derick's strategy for selling the property worked well and achieved a better outcome than what I was expecting when I first looked into selling.

Derick was trustworthy, honest and prompt in his communications. Hard working, reliable, understanding and easy to approach. Sold in record time, I appreciated the quick result given I had another property waiting to move into.

Once we decided it was time to sell our home there was no choice of which agent to use. 'Derick was the man'. We had previously bought and sold through Derick and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and informative. Derick kept us up to date on any progress throughout the entire process and was always there to answer any questions. We found him to be super friendly and took a genuine interest in us as the sellers and also the buyers. We would definitely recommend Derick to our family and friends and would use him again for our next move.
