We are really impressed with Derick and the team at Thrive. Derick was professional and approachable throughout the entire process. He had thorough knowledge of the area and current market. He was always reachable and he took the time to open up our property twice on weekends (as requested) but also again several times midweek as requested. We would have no hesitation using Thrive if we sell a property again.
