Derick guided us through and helped us through all the questions we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

Derick has an extensive knowledge of the Jandakot area, the whole process went with efficiency and genuine concern for our wellbeing. We had a remarkably short selling period and Derick has great communication skills to help make all appropriate decisions easier. We were more than happy with our experience with Derick as our agent

A real estate agent is engaged by the seller so this is there focus. As a buyer however we had a great experience dealing with Derick. We always felt he was doing his best to service our needs as well as the sellers. He was professional, prompt and always kept us informed even when there was a small delay in settlement. Highly recommend as selling or buying agent.

Have known Derick for 18 years. He sold us the house we were in and when it was time to move on we didn't hesitate to contact him again

We have recently been on both sides, buying our new house and selling our old house through Derick and both experiences have been great. Derick is organized, approachable and the processes were effortless.

I recently purchased a house in Jandakot via Derick. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the area and flexible. Derick went over and above to ensure that we had a great experience from the first time we engaged to view the property through to settlement and post-settlement where we had a couple of small issues which needed to be resolved. I would highly recommend using Derick and if we ever sell he will be the first person we call.

I’ve worked with Derick on a number of properties now and every property has sold for a price higher than my expectations! This come down to the professionalism, strategy and marketing knowledge Derick bring to the party. Thank you for everything Derick

Highly recommend Derick Pitt, Thrive Real Estate. Professional at all times throughout the process of selling our investment property. I found him to be caring and thoughtful not only for us as his clients but for the buyer of our property as well.

We bought the house through Derick and 3.5 years later we sold it through Derick. So I can write as a buyer and a seller. In both cases, it was professionally handled and I felt the price in both instances was fair to both parties. The time to get everything done and dusted was quick considering all the finance and paperwork that needs attention. I would not hesitate to once again deal with Derick.
