Derick Pitt is a realtor who listens to his client, educates them of the market and then engages in meaningful conversation for the best outcome for your property. We found Derick to be industry savvy and this lead to exceeding our expectations with the sale of our property in Jandakot Derick was at all times professional, informative and engaging. I would highly recommend Derick for any of your future real estate enquiries/sales. Thank you Derick for the quick sale of our property.

Derick was entrusted with the sale of our property in difficult times with a falling market due to teh Banking debarcle and of course the Covid 19 Crisis. After no sale was achieved after several months we decided to rent the property out In July 2020 but DErick was advised to keep the property for sale ! Derick's local knowledge and his observations of the market prompted him to call us and suggested we relist the property whilst the tenants were still in occupation. Derick had a good working relationship with the tenants and a successful sale was achieved in the first week and netted us the best part of $40,000 better than we were expecting to sell for months earlier. A very professional approach to marketing included an enthusiastic, prefessional video presentation which I felt was very helpfull in obtaining buyer interest. Derick made recommendations for Property Managers and Settlement Agents who also were found to offer very professional service. I would be very happy to refer Derick Pitt and Thrive Realty to any of my family or friends! He will get the job done!

Derick displayed a unique bond with us, as vendors, and never once lacked confidence in a quick and satisfactory outcome. This was vindicated when he was able to present us with a cash offer after only 3 days of advertising. Marketing, in our case, was via the internet and, again, Derick displayed his expertise with both the photographs and description of our property. Not one "home open" was necessary. We have now moved into our new home and have the utmost regard for Derick, and Thrive Real Estate

Derick is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We really found Derick to be very genuine and relatable which was very refreshing from other agents we have used in the past. Derick was very proactive with marketing and home opens and we appreciated the prompt feedback and responses to any questions through out the process. I would absolutely recommend Derick to anyone and we will certainly use Derick again in the future

Derick, from Thrive, was recommended to us by a friend after a successful sale and purchase with Derick and his team. From our first meeting Derick put us at our ease. His professional yet approachable manner meant we always felt able to ask questions or receive help and advice throughout this process. Never having sold a property in WA before Derick led us through this journey with confidence, making it far easier than we had imagined. Thankyou Derick and the team at Thrive.

Never doubted Derick's ability from the 1st day when i was viewing a property that he was selling. I ended up purchasing it due to the effort that Derick had put in....he even went as far as to pay for a damaged toilet cistern which was not his fault at all. All in, a perfect way to start and enjoy my new property. I will be the 1st to look for Derick again if i do need to purchase or sell my other property. TOP JOB!

Once again Derick did not disappoint. This was the third property over 20 years we have sold through Derick. He has an amazing work ethic, is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Our expectations were exceeded each time with commitment and confidence to sell our property and achieve outstanding results in a very short timeframe. We have no hesitation in recommending Derick to anyone considering selling their property in the future.

Derick certainly knows how the narket works, how the sellers and buyers behave and the procedures for a smooth transaction. He helped me to move earlier than we were supposed to contractually by getting an agreement from the seller which really have reduced the hassle of moving as we only have a short settlement period. He has explained in detail all the regulatory requirements and what we have to do for a smooth settlement. Definitely we will recommend Derick to our friends and family. All the best Derick!
