Derick was amazing to deal with and we really appreciated his efforts in ensuring the sale went through. We had a very stressful time dealing with the banks & financial institutions which caused added pressure on the fact that 2 other property sales were linked to ours. Derick was able to liaise with all parties involved to ensure positive outcomes for everyone. We would highly recommend Derick.

Derick was always approachable, fast and easy to work with. Derick worked hard for me to secure my new property and sold my existing property within 7 days of it going to market. If you are looking to buy or sell make Derick @thrive your first stop.
