From our very first meeting with Derick he expressed enthusiasm and very good local knowledge of the market. He listened to our hopes and concerns regarding the selling of our property and as such we felt very comfortable placing the sale of our home in his hands. He explained the process and kept us well informed throughout the entire time. We were entirely happy with the experience and outcome and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

He has been very helpful throughout the whole process, always replying to our queries and never applying pressure on us. Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Thanks for the gift box!
