Derick was great to deal with- he had a good knowledge of the area and helped price the property for sale. He kept us informed after every home open, gave us some sound advice around what to expect and how best to approach the marketing of the home. The final assessment is eventually in the negotaitaion of the price and he did this extremely well- we were extremely happy with the price that we ended up with. Once upon a time there was a quaint 4 x 2 house in the Perth suburbs. It was a unique house which required a very specific buyer. It was also a house which had to compete with numerous impressive houses in a down turning market. We expected waiting for months for the right buyer to turn up, with home open, after home open, after home open.... However, to our delight, only about 3 weeks after putting our house on the market, we had a highly acceptable offer that quickly progressed to settlement.
