Derick was great to deal with- he had a good knowledge of the area and helped price the property for sale. He kept us informed after every home open, gave us some sound advice around what to expect and how best to approach the marketing of the home. The final assessment is eventually in the negotaitaion of the price and he did this extremely well- we were extremely happy with the price that we ended up with. Derick is professional and authentic - we would have no hesitation in referring him on to anyone looking to sell- in fact we already have!
