Once upon a time there was a quaint 4 x 2 house in the Perth suburbs. It was a unique house which required a very specific buyer. It was also a house which had to compete with numerous impressive houses in a down turning market. We expected waiting for months for the right buyer to turn up, with home open, after home open, after home open.... However, to our delight, only about 3 weeks after putting our house on the market, we had a highly acceptable offer that quickly progressed to settlement.
