Adam came to my mother and myself via a recommendation from another real estate professional, who explained he would look after us fairly and professionally. That he did, and then some. My mother’s property had to sell quickly (so she could relocate north of Sydney to be closer to her family). Following the initial introductory phone call with Adam, he was at the Canada Bay apartment the next day, with a prompt and thorough appraisal. He then organised an advertising campaign of the highest quality and value for money. Throughout the open house process, Adam provided bi‐weekly written reports (of top research standard) and numerous updates on prospective buyers. His excellent communication and professionalism between both buyers and sellers saw the property sell prior to auction with a shorter time on the market than anticipated. And, if that wasn’t pleasing enough – with Adam’s perseverance and respect to both parties, the unit dear to our family’s hearts sold for a record price.Adam is to be commended on far too many points that I can get out. Mainly, it is a tough gig the real estate world, and many are quick with their judgements (including myself), but Adam is just one of those people that care. Simply care. Credit must go to his family for raising such an honest and thoughtful man. It was very hard for my mum to sell her lifelong, tailor designed home, and I really think had it not been for Adam’s compassion and patience, she would not have made it through the whole emotional process so smoothly.
