Dear Adam and all the team at Time Realty, Now that the dust has now settled since Adam sold our family home, my wife Vivian and I thought we would take a few moments out to say Thanks for a job well done. As you can imagine it is often a stressful time having to organise everything that needs to be completed to be ready to go on the market and also the back end after the sale. We initially chose you Adam from others because you gave us an honest and true indication of what price we could reasonably expect to obtain when we sold. You didn't inflate our expectations, and then you backed up your comments with actual sales data. The whole time you kept us fully informed of what stage we were up to as things progressed. You kept us informed of all genuine enquires and provided feedback from the potential purchasers. When it came to advertising costs you only suggested advertising that you felt we would achieve for us genuine value for money rather than trying to promote your own Brand. You wanted results from every advertising dollar we would commit. Basically we felt really safe with you that you would "do the right thing" by us. We also observed this to be true when you gave potential buyers feedback about our home and our expectations. Even though you were the listing agent all your team members and staff were eager to assist us and everyone was courteous at all times. You and your staff always arrived in advance of the open times to prepare and always got back to us later that day with the feedback after the open house times. The end result, we achieved an excellent sale price that we were thrilled with and it was spot on what you advised us to expect. And in doing so you set a new record price in the area for a 3 bedroom plus study home on a smaller lot like ours. So Adam, Thank you and thanks to the team members who assisted along the way. Frank worked really hard to sell our property. He gave us great feedback during the inspections and was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. Frank's approach is very honest and his calm and friendly nature made the selling process a lot easier for us.
