We contacted Frank 3 years before we were ready to sell to obtain a valuation and we maintained contact with him over the years - not once did he put on the hard sell on us. Frank was able to obtain a sale price with a more than reasonable time frame (2 weeks) which was better than what we had expected - even after we had agreed to the sale, Frank managed to increase the final price further. Frank and his team really pay attention to the small details and always make themselves available.
