Professional and kept my life easy
Tonia demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the market. I was given clear information and advice at our initial meetings and could readily understand the options of auction and standard sale, and the timeline of things that I needed to do. All major requirements and actions were discussed with me and allowed me to have good control of processes. At all times I felt Tonia was a professional who acted on my behalf and in my best interests. She put clear requirements to potential purchasers simplifying negotiations. Office backup support from her group was good and Tonia was at all times readily accessible. Was able to achieve the market price that we hoped possible. Sale was achieved within 4 weeks (saving me interest and auction costs). As a busy professional that made the whole process professional and also non-stressful.
