Pathrina is incredible, she epitomises professionalism and warmth. Our house sold within a few short weeks, Pathrina went above and beyond during that time. She was knowledgeable about the property market and what had recently sold (or was currently on the market) in the area. She also knew what buyers were looking for and reasons why some recent sales (by other agents) had fallen through, be it a pricing issue or something about the property itself. She walked us through the entire process from beginning to end, communicated feedback after every open house as well as chasing up possible interested parties. I honestly don’t think she could have done anymore for us. She felt like a friend that was looking out for our interests, not just an agent thinking about their commission.
