Selling of family home
Found Pathrina very understanding and supportive during the selling of my mothers house. Her professionalism and knowledge of the local market was realistic and she found a buyer quickly and I was very happy with the price achieved. Pathrina was a good communicator and always kept me informed and up to date with offers from potential buyers. Overall from first contact to settlement the experience was stress free and I would recommend Pathrina to anyone looking for an honest, friendly and professional real estate agent.

Genuine, honest and fair
Pathrina was the selling agent for my current place. Her approach was genuine, honest and fair. I was so happy with her service that I asked her to sell my previous place. Again, she was excellent. She was very reliable and helpful. I highly recommend her.

An agent with integrity
We bought our new home through Craig and were very impressed with the way he conducted himself throughout the entire process. Craig was an excellent communicator, gave us honest feedback and made the whole process seamless from the first inspection right through to dropping the keys off on settlement day. Excellent service all round
While searching for properties in the area we had dealt with Craig while inspecting another property. His knowledge of the area and his market insight was of great help to us, so when this property came on the market with Craig we booked an inspection immediately. The entire process of inspecting (several times), making an offer and settlement was hassle free thanks to Craig’s dedication and flexibility. Craig was always willing to accomodate our requests and if we have any property needs in the area Craig will be our man.

Great attention to detail

Complete service package
Well before deciding to sell our home, Pathrina had always been extremely approachable and happy to help with our general market questions. Once appointing Pathrina as the selling agent we didn’t need to worry about checklists/forms/ arrangements as Pathrina did all the thinking and all the ground work for us. She was organising us and thank fully not the other way around. We never needed to chase her up, nor did we ever have to wait long before she would return calls or emails. Communication is certainly one of her strong suits. Pathrina offered detailed feedback from buyers throughout the sales process and worked hard to follow potential buyers up after open homes. Yes, we would recommend her and use her again.
