Results speak for themselves!
We chose Craig to represent the sale of our home as we had previously bought the property from him 7 years prior and had fond memories from the whole purchase process. From the initial meeting we knew we’d made the right decision. He gave us practical and affordable advice in regards to preparing our home for sale and was always very positive about the prospects of the sale. Experience and professionalism at the core of Craig.
I cannot speak highly enough of Craig. His professionalism was outstanding. His devotion to the sale of our house was amazing. He got a fantastic result in a short time - in my mind going above and beyond to achieve this result whilst maintaining his sense of humour throughout. I honestly believe we would not have achieved this result with someone of lesser experience. It may come as a surprise to many but I can honestly say I really enjoyed working with him.

The Agent you just know is the right one.
Following the tragic passing of my father mid last year. Mum reluctantly agreed that moving out of her home of 15 years to a retirement village was the right move for her. And so began the hunt for the right agent to help us sell her home with so many treasured memories. When we walked in to the Tobin offices in Carina we were greeted by the bright warm smile that became an all too familiar and welcoming trait portrayed by Craig. My wife and I immediately knew that Craig was the one and when mum first met Craig it was a natural fit. We can honestly say Craig went above and beyond helping us prepare mum's home for the sale. He offered excellent suggestions and was always willing to listen and explain things to mum and set her at ease. With just two open houses we had two offers and ultimately sold mum's home. With the sale all happening just prior to the end of year, things were very tight. We just can't praise Craig enough. He was always very cordial, positive, understanding and accommodating. We would all strongly recommend him to anyone seeking to sell in the Murarrie area or indeed anywhere on the East side. Thanks Craig, you are a true legend.

Relaxed approach

Friendly & knowledgable agent.
Pathrina knows her Brisbane area so well. Her expertise takes in history, current and potential future markets. She grew up in the area of Carina and knows many people and properties, giving her an advantage of trust and familiarity. Pathrina also has a flair for recognizing potential in many mid century buildings of the area and her marketing skills support this. You feel like you’re talking to an old friend (& we were the buyers!!)

Fast sale exceeding high price point and a very smooth and pleasant experience. Craig delivered.
Craig set a very attractive high price point and gave great advice on how to maximise sale money and time. In the end the sale price exceeded this in a very slow and challenging market. He worked harder than I could reasonably expect, opening every Saturday and Sunday as well as being available to the Seller and potential buyers 24/7. Craig has long experience in the sale area and his experience and knowledge was faultless, giving both Seller and Buyer absolute confidence in the transaction. He efficiently and effectively handled every challenge thrown up in the course of the sale and enabled the Buyer and Seller to be excited about the transaction. Craig is highly professional, highly dedicated and works 100% for the Seller while carrying the full confidence of the buyer. His communication was awesome, always available and precise and clear in imparting information.
