We found our dream home and were so lucky to have been dealing with Scott. Scott was honest, helpful, genuine and went above and beyond to assist us with the purchase of the property. He was quick with responses and contracts, worked with our broker to book a valuation when they were in extremely high demand and would have had to extend out settlement date. Living overseas meant I needed to have a trustworthy, knowledgeable person who would communicate well with me. Linda ticked all the boxes! She was able to communicate with the tenant to smooth out difficulties with his move. Despite not having good access to the property for viewings, she was able to sell it at a price only marginally less than the asking price. Every aspect of the sale was handled professionally by her.
