We interviewed three agents and chose to go with Kostya to sell our home - we couldn't have been happier with our decision! The other agents told me what I wanted to hear so they could up-sell add-ons, whereas Kostya proactively offered me flexibility and offered sound advice on where we should and shouldn't spend money to improve interest in the property. I can't thank Kostya enough for the advice and flexibility provided- it ensured that I remained in a very strong position going into the auction with essentially no pressure to sell for anything less than the number I had in mind. I could have perhaps negotiated with the other agents to get similar concessions, but Kostya connected with our family and instinctively knew what would make life easier for us - he worked "with us and for us" and didn't have the dollar signs in his eyes that typified the other agents. The marketing campaign was excellent - great photos and video walk through, high quality brochures, and excellent communication on levels of interest and feedback. Strong strategies were put in place to cover all possible scenarios on the auction day - nothing was left to chance. On the day, Kostya and his team demonstrated incredible skill at bringing the highest bidder up to my price point - they genuinely go the extra mile to eek out every last dollar of value for their clients.
