What I liked about Kostya was that he gave me a realistic appraisal of my property which I wanted right upfront. He was also responsive to my calls and texts and answered all my questions. He listened to my concerns and the parameters that I was prepared to work with and made some recommendations. The results speak for themselves and exceeded my expectations. If I was selling another property I would hire him again. He knows his stuff and is awesome at his job! Thanks again Kostya.

I was greatly supported by Kostya and his team in the process of buying my first house in Australia. Since it was my first transaction, I was oblivious to certain processes and completely unaware for others. Kostya and his team were very helpful and patient in explaining these processes and requirements to me. I also observed they were very understanding and accommodated some delays caused by external factors . Scheduling inspections before and after contract exchange was easily managed. Overall, as a buyer it was really easy working with Kostya and team.
