At the beginning of 2024, I had the opportunity to engage Stanley Gu of Tracy Yap Realty in Epping to sell our property at Strathfield. While I understand Strathfield is not the major market that Tracy Yap Realty operates in, Stanley didn’t hesitate to take it on for me. From the onset, Stanley provided professional guidance on the timing, market pricing to set my expectations. The styling of the property has come up well. Stanley provided a one stop shop experience for the selling process. Upon the first Open House, many prospective buyers came through but not many has taken the contract. Stanley worked in close collaboration with me, provided me with feedback and guidance. Once a keen buyer was identified, Stanley helped to negotiate the best walk out price for me, he worked with the buyer, their conveyancing lawyer, our lawyer and my property manager to follow up with questions and assisted in expediting many requests. The end result was a successful sales. Although I would have like a higher sales price, I think the outcome is a favourable one for both the buyer and the seller. We highly recommend Tracey Yap and her team. Mr Stanley (Sijia) Gu is who we worked with and Mr Gu is by far the best real estate agent that we met during our search for property to buy in 2023. We had been looking for a property to buy in the Ryde (under City of Ryde) area. We have met so many agents in our long search. We finally found something we really liked. The property was so perfect for us and so was Mr Gu dealings with us. He was professional in giving us all information and if he was unsure he would tell us to wait until he found the information from the seller and would pass it on timely manner. His people skill and soft nature makes him standout in this profession. He understands potential buyers very well and hence has balanced approach to potentials buyers. We did not feel ever that we were pushed to make a decision or that we as buyer do not matter to him. It is a human skill that many agents lack. But Mr Gu certainly excels in that skill. He was responsive to all our queries diligently and would even call to check if we had all the information needed. I was impressed by his excellent professionalism and down-to-earth customer service.
