We highly recommend Tracey Yap and her team. Mr Stanley (Sijia) Gu is who we worked with and Mr Gu is by far the best real estate agent that we met during our search for property to buy in 2023. We had been looking for a property to buy in the Ryde (under City of Ryde) area. We have met so many agents in our long search. We finally found something we really liked. The property was so perfect for us and so was Mr Gu dealings with us. He was professional in giving us all information and if he was unsure he would tell us to wait until he found the information from the seller and would pass it on timely manner. His people skill and soft nature makes him standout in this profession. He understands potential buyers very well and hence has balanced approach to potentials buyers. We did not feel ever that we were pushed to make a decision or that we as buyer do not matter to him. It is a human skill that many agents lack. But Mr Gu certainly excels in that skill. He was responsive to all our queries diligently and would even call to check if we had all the information needed. I was impressed by his excellent professionalism and down-to-earth customer service.
