Joy was introduced to me by my close friend who also sold his property with Joy and told me she makes things very easy. This is my first time selling a property and I do not know what need to be done, when it need to be done and how it need to be done. Joy tells me what is the flow and what are the market expectations. When action is required she does it promptly and presents me with an easy option to choose. She also advised to replace the carpet and lightings which did make the property look more presentable and this did not add much cost. She provided all the documentations that I need to submit to Strata for approvals and simply following her instructions the property was sold. I would certainly and highly recommend Joy if you are looking to sell your properties.
