Mina Lee was a pleasure to deal with and was easy going but had a direct approach in regards to setting a realistic value on my property and getting the sale finalised in a quick and fair fashion. My property was sold on the second open house. I have never seen such a diligent real estate agent before. Joy always replied to my emails and messages, even on Saturday and Sunday. She negotiated the price with purchaser and vendor on Sunday and the contract was successfully exchanged. I think she works seven days a week. Joy is professional and patient to clients. I highly recommend Joy to any vendors.
