I met Max while assisting with renovations of my friend's villa a few years ago. We interviewed a number of selling agents together and decided to select Max Pracy from Tracy Yap Real Estate. Max seemed like a genuine guy with terrific market knowledge as he had been in the industry for over 30 years, so I decided to employ Max a few years later for the sale of my apartment. I have not regretted that decision. Due to the current market downturn, Max really had to employ all the skills and knowledge he had acquired over that 30 years. Max used a variety of marketing strategies, including both local and overseas advertising, plus his very large data base, that was able to generate many enquiries and leads. The ability to communicate are important skills for any agent and Max has that in spades. He was in contact with me throughout the whole sale process, including after every open house. He provided comprehensive weekly reports, kept in contact via emails, messages and phone calls and always responded to mine. Max also went above and beyond to assist me in other related areas that did not directly involve him as the selling agent, because he appreciated the fact that the whole process was stressful and unfamiliar to me. Max was not "just an agent" but a friend to me, who was by my side the whole time. If you are looking for an agent you can rely on and trust, then I would highly recommend giving Max an opportunity to sell your place. You will not regret it.
