We knew our expectations were higher than what realistically we could get. Needed to money to buy on a dearer suburb closer to the city. Tracy's team worked extremely hard till we achieved what we wanted. It was a very high call but they did it. They delivered. Cassie was our day to day contact and she was the driving force, she is fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, always ready to help us and the buyers. In summary we had a very professional agent with tremendous knowledge of the area and with the nicest human approach. That is the reason for the title.
