we are very happy that Daisy is acting as our property sale agent. While the market is quite slow , however the auction result was great. Daisy LIN and her team has been working really hard to market our property, such as sending thousands of emails to all the potential buyers in their data base and even before the day of the auction, they made many phone calls to make sure the potentional buyers would be attending the auction. Fiona was very efficient in keeping us updated during the whole process of the sale and would recommend her . The only area that was a letdown was the administration of settlement. Full marketing costs were not disclosed and funds held in the trust account were not available till 6.00pm at night I have an internet receipt but still do not have settlement funds in my account
