We cannot thank Tracy Yap and her team enough for their outstanding efforts in helping us to achieve a wonderful result at auction. Tracy was amazing. She seamlessly organised painters, stylists and gardeners to prepare our home for sale. Her office team, especially delightful Francis, offered us fantastic support. Nothing was too much trouble. The magnificent help we received was such an unexpected but most welcome surprise. It was all so quick, efficient and economical. We left everything to Tracy because we trusted her to look after our best interests and she did it so well. Tracy Yap is a gifted and talented professional who possesses a heartfelt passion for real estate. Her expertise and genuine warmth, combined with a lifetime devoted to service, have been honoured with the highest awards and acccolades within the industry and the community. We have no hesitation in recommending Tracy to anyone looking for an experienced, skilful and wise agent who will offer genuine help when selling your home. Joy and Tony Kennedy
