This is now the second time Patrick has sold a property for our family and again I was absolutely blown away and delighted by the result achieved, especially in such a challenging market. From the time of our first consultation, Patrick explained to me the headwinds of rising interest rates and the impact it would have on selling the property. Time was of the essence and Team Cosgrove worked with us every step of the way to ensure our property came to market as soon as possible. Within weeks we had minor renovations completed using Team Cosgrove’s preferred tradespeople, finance in place to assist with selling costs, photographs, a floorplan, auction dates and everything else you can think of was smoothly facilitated by Patrick and his superstar assistant, Rhiannah Keuning. As soon as the listing went live, Patrick and his associates expertly handled enquiry and cultivated a huge amount of interest in the property. Whilst my partner and I were away, Patrick took the opportunity to take interested parties back through the property, on a Sunday no less and come Monday, we had 6 written offers to contend with. All of these offers were well above our price guide and Patrick could have easily convinced me to take any of them, but they didn’t push me at all but instead created lots of competitive tension with the interested parties and negotiated a fantastic deal for us late in the evening - Their motto was - “we’re not happy until you’re happy”. Patrick was up until past 10pm on Monday and the deal was done soon after. Four days on market with a really strong profit in one of the most challenging markets we’ve ever had - I couldn’t ask for a better result and will now be able to relax over the coming weeks instead of losing sleep each night wondering if I would lose money on our home.
