Zac is very successful at such a young age because he is so good and so determined. We were not planning to sell when his team approached us with the usual and tedious BS story of "we have buyers". For once we agreed to it because of how he positioned it - we actually believed it might be true. So we named our price, much more than we knew the property was worth to a straight buyer. However it was worth much more to a Developer, and being off-market, we didn't need to do any work to sell to either type of buyer. Plus the 18-month settlement the developer wanted was great for us - we have plenty of time to find our ideal, smaller property Thanks Zac, you did a great job.

Selling our Paddington residence after 30 years was a daunting prospect especially given that the rise of the internet and social media have revolutionised property promotion. Mark demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the market, gave an accurate valuation and designed a comprehensive sales campaign that attracted a large contingent of prospective buyers. Communications at all times were excellent with detailed reports given after every open inspection. Compared to some of his competitors, Mark is soft-spoken but he is shrewd and armed with the necessary skills to form a good rapport with high-end buyers. We were wanting a 'premium' price for our apartment and didn't think it was achievable given the current market conditions. After 2x inspections and with no marketing, Zac was able to achieve a phenomenal result. His eagerness to get the deal done meant he was negotiating late Saturday night and Sunday morning.
