I met Zac at a open home he was conducted and was immediately impressed by his market knowledge and his enthusiasm. I identified him as an agent I would like to engage in the sale of my properties going forward. We have sold twice with Zac as our selling agent. In the first instance we sold off-market, as was his advice, no advertising, no open homes etc. On the second occasion Zac recommended a full auction campaign with open homes, property styling (arranged by Zac, absolutely amazing!). Zac is a great communicator, highly professional in his approach and market knowledge plus his follow up was first class on both occasions. The price achieved was actually as he predicted. From the time I contacted Zac to discuss selling my unit (when I was interstate) to the actual sale, he kept me informed on the all critical aspects of the market and sale including: - keeping in touch through the process of styling my unit before sale - his knowledge of my building and recent sales - getting the unit on market within 48 hours (from photos to online listing to first open house) - the changing market (tricky market in Dec given time of year and changing bank regulations) - sales strategies (private sale rather then auction as buyers more likely to make an immediate offer) - negotiating a great result and final offer by 7pm on day 1 of campaign.
