What an amazing buyer experience! Zac was transparent from the get-go. He was upfront with the price guide which is rare to find in this East. Communication skills were exceptional - Answered his phone at all hours. Its unique to have a positive buyer experience. I know who I will be calling when I'm ready to sell. Highly recommend!

Zac knows his stuff and was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently
From the time I contacted Zac to discuss selling my unit (when I was interstate) to the actual sale, he kept me informed on the all critical aspects of the market and sale including: - keeping in touch through the process of styling my unit before sale - his knowledge of my building and recent sales - getting the unit on market within 48 hours (from photos to online listing to first open house) - the changing market (tricky market in Dec given time of year and changing bank regulations) - sales strategies (private sale rather then auction as buyers more likely to make an immediate offer) - negotiating a great result and final offer by 7pm on day 1 of campaign.

When selling my unit I was quite stressed but Zac was very reassuring and kept me positive
Zac knows the market ...... his knowledge is vast. He also kept me up to date all the way through....he really did look after me. I am very happy with the final result of the sale price.....getting the extra $10,000 was wonderful. As I told him: the best agent in Sydney, NSW, Australia and the World!! He is the best! We were able to secure the property off-market with Zac and George. They knew the building well and were transparent with the vendor's expectations to move forward on their journey to a larger property. Professional and easy to deal with
I just purchased a property for a client off Zac Rabin in Rose Bay. Zac was excellent to deal with from start to finish, went out of his way to make sure my clients had everything they needed to make a decision, and was very clear and transparent in his negotiations. He definitely worked very hard for his vendor and pushed hard to get them a good result, but from a buyers perspective, he was exactly what you need to ensure our client was in a strong position to buy the property. Zac has a highly respected reputation in the industry, and after buying from him, it is easy to understand why.

An absolute pleasure to deal with!
I was skeptical at the beginning of the process of selling, given the reputation of real estate agents. However, working with Oli was a pleasure from beginning to end. He was professional, courteous, transparent and just a nice, friendly and down-to-earth guy. Nothing was ever an issue, and Oli made sure to update me at every step of the journey. He was honest in all of his communications, sharing both the good and the bad, and always invited and acted upon my feedback.
