An absolute pleasure to deal with!
I was skeptical at the beginning of the process of selling, given the reputation of real estate agents. However, working with Oli was a pleasure from beginning to end. He was professional, courteous, transparent and just a nice, friendly and down-to-earth guy. Nothing was ever an issue, and Oli made sure to update me at every step of the journey. He was honest in all of his communications, sharing both the good and the bad, and always invited and acted upon my feedback. He was clearly also an experienced agent, having a vast toolkit of strategies and tactics that resulted in a solid sales price. Oli also worked hard for the sale, going above and beyond to seal the deal, and making sure that no stone was left unturned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Oli as a fantastic agent more than capable of achieving phenomenal results.

Top of his game for a reason!
Zac was a dream to work with! As a buyer I feel that most agents neglect you, unless you have a property to sell. He was always available to speak with us and really took the time to show us through his properties. When it came to signing the contact on the property we wanted, Zac came over to our home at 9:30pm and thoroughly explained the process. At 11:00pm when had the call that the property was ours!! I would high recommend using Zac to sell or just to chat with him about the market!

Professional, reliable and incredibly committed.
Zac has an extensive knowledge of the current market. He worked extremely hard, listened attentively to all our needs and came up with great solutions along the way. Professional, honest, motivated and dedicated
After speaking with 5-6 other agents, I knew Zac was bringing something unique to the table and he more than exceeded our very high expectations. Zac was able to secure a fantastic result (with some ambitious terms requested by us) in the space of a few weeks, at a premium that all others described as "unrealistic". Zac was very hands on and managed all aspects of the process directly with the utmost professionalism, honesty and integrity - traits that serve him well when developing effective relationships with both vendors and purchasers . As a vendor, I felt Zac was personally and genuinely invested in the success of our sale and he demonstrated this by making himself available at any time to answer all communication, as well as being flexible with Sunday inspections to suit our needs and handling a late night exchange to complete the deal. Zac is a highly motivated and hardworking agent and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Professional and Diligent

Buyer Responsive Agent
Although a very brief interaction, where we mutually turned around a contract in approx 3 days, the engagement style that Cae brought to the table, meant we were able to work together to the benefit of all. This was a flawless experience
It’s rare I’d put this in writing about any agent. This circumstance is different.
