Tania Steele from Tropical Properties Mission Beach is one of the more knowledgeable real estate agents in the region, fully understanding of the market and the market trends. During the recent sale of our property in South Mission Beach, Tania took full control and made the sale process so much easier. Set up our contract with no fuss and got the property up on the web sites quickly, and provided regular updates on interest. Obviously not looking for the quick sale, she listened to our needs when low-ball offers came in, and when the final offer that sealed the deal came in, at our request played a little hard ball with the buyer to negotiate to a satisfactory higher price much closer to our asking price. We had multi-listed the property and received zero feedback from the other agents, testimony that Tania and Tropical Properties MB has the respect of the market in the region. We highly recommend Tania to both sellers and buyers

Good outcome in the end
To say my settlement was rather frustrating and dramatic , right up to the final hour is an understatement .
