Tania was a star right from my initial phone call! We spotted our home on realestate.com when generally browsing the QLD area although living in Victoria! Tania was so helpful in talking us through the property virtually as we wouldn’t have been able to visit it in person before it went under offer. Nothing was too much trouble, often she helped out with additional measurements/ queries and we settled with no issues. It was a little bit of a risky/spontaneous purchase but wow now we’ve visited our new home we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Tania x

Excellent advice from Tania throughout the purchase process, as well as regular updates, and she was always ready to answer the phone for any queries. Tania also has a very wide knowledge of local services, tradies and other necessities when buying and settling into a new house.

Tania was knowledgeable, prompt, diligent, open and a pleasure to deal with. I was buying remotely, so after the viewing with her, there were lots of things she did for me during the buying process which were difficult for me to do myself. Tania's input and efforts, as well as local recommendations for the other players made the process go very smoothly.
