Tania’s communication and flexibility were fantastic which was important for us as we visited from interstate prior to purchase. Tania went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we could possibly need to confidently purchase the property without any surprises. I would recommend using Tania for your property requirements.

Despite having the country’s most difficult to sale property, Tania’s positive and patient attitude landed us a sale at a price we wanted. Tania and her team are friendly and professional and will get the job done!

Tania was wonderful to deal with. We brought a property where Tania was the agent, the entire buying process ran very smoothly with great communication .She had very thorough knowledge of the area and was incredibly accommodating. Coming from Brisbane and buying at Mission Beach could not have been made any easier by Tania. All our questions were answered immediately. Tania is very thorough and was a pleasure to work with.

We had an excellent experience with Tania. Very helpful, to us from the south, with regards to the local community. And most importantly of all we purchased our beautiful new home. We would recommend Tania if you need to buy or sell your home.

Our property sold quickly. First to look, accepted our price. This was a blessing for us and could only have occurred thanks to the professionalism and local knowledge of our agent Tania. The price was right, photography excellence, communication and responsiveness exceptional. We would highly recommend Tania to any prospective sellers.

Thanks very much to Tania for the quick and painless sale of our house recently. Although sad to see this house sold the no hassles process made it a more bearable experience.
