Although we lived well away from our property, in fact outside of Australia, after speaking with Tania by phone and Email we were confident that Tania would do her best for us and she did. We were regularly updated and offers were received within days of listing. Although we have never met in person Tania gave us the feeling of a friendly and cheerful person. Thankyou Tania, we are very pleased.

Tania is a very personable agent. Her success is because she understands the needs of her clients and can identify what potential buyers are looking for and brings the two needs together extremely well. I couldn’t be more happy with her performance as an excellent real estate agent 👍

I found the overall experience of selling my property to be extremely simple and stress free. As a property owner living interstate and selling for the first time during a pandemic, there was definitely room for panic, but Tania ensured everything ran smoothly and all key milestone dates were met along the way. I would highly recommend Tania and the team at Tropical Property to anyone who wants to sleep peacefully during the process of selling a house.

Tania has such a calm and professional manner. Our deal wasn't straight forward, but Tania handled it, and the many moving parts with grace, sophistication, and rectitude. I wish she could be our agent for ALL of our real estate requirements

I have now bought and sold a house through Tania and find her to the nicest most professional person I have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever a problem and the fact that she sold my house in 5 weeks shows how good she is at her job.
