From my initial inquiry, throughout negotiations, the period until Settlement and beyond, Tania was always there to help me through the process. My inquiry was from Melbourne, she was available and accommodating when I flew up for a looksee, and then kept me posted by phone and email throughout. The tyranny of distance was not an issue. Tania displayed impressive skills in balancing the needs of the Seller (whom she represents) and the Buyer, and in the process has done her best for both parties. I have bought and sold several properties over 40 years, dealing with Agents, and can honestly say I have never met such a natural as Tania.
