Despite a very cold Market conditions Tania was still able to sell our property for a price we were happy with,and didn't waist our time with unrealistic offers. Best in the mission beach area IMO

Tania, has exceptional communication skills - she has the ability to listen, provide information, interpret both non-verbal and verbal ques. Tania, gained our trust - not easy from my perspective, worked out what we wanted and honed into a number of property selections that met our needs. We cannot thank Susie enough for her help in purchasing our new home. From the time we arrived in Mission Beach to view homes, Susie had a schedule and map ready for us, drove us around to view 10 homes and all the while giving us a good overview of the area. She coordinated the viewings, ensuring we were viewing homes that interested us, having taken the time to understand our requirements ahead of our visit. She followed up and assisted throughout the purchase period and after settlement. She made what can sometimes be a stressful time as easy as possible.
