Mission Accomplished
Susie England has wealth of knowledge about Mission Beach the surrounds. Not only in real estate terms but also in the passion she shares with her community in her love of the area, as Susie puts it " a little slice of paradise". Susie has a warm and welcoming touch to her business you instantly feel at ease, which made the transaction of buying our 1st investment property a breeze. Sale of South Mission Beach house
The sale of our property took a long time, with the eventual purchasers having 5 inspections over the course of a year. Susie kept us informed as well as she could of the purchasers interest. In the end we were a bit disappointed with the final negotiation, and on reflection might have expected Susie to have advised us to take time out to consider and discuss the purchasers offer. However, in the end it was my call to accept the final telephoned offer, so any disappointment has to equally reflect on me. We would still recommend Susie as a very good agent to use, and a nice personality to deal with.

9 Rise Crescent, Mission Beach.
Liz and I instantly felt very comfortable dealing with Susie. Never pushy, informative of the area, presented other properties for us to consider without prejudice or any pressure. Susie facilitated long distance negotiations between us interstaters and the also interstate vendor, under complicated circumstances. As contracts finalised and settlement approached we have been made to feel already part of the community. We have nothing but praise and absolutely recommend Susie and Tropical Property Sales.
